Delete any material or contents you may sent without notifying you.
Take an action (including deleting your profile, suspending or restricting it) to prevent you from using the portal.
Your behaviours can be sent to any internet provided or any relevant authorities.
Take a legal action against you.

Registration:

Certain portions of the Site are limited to registered users and/or allow a user to request support or services online by entering personal information. You agree that any information provided to us in these areas will be complete and accurate, that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the Site under the name of, another person, and that you will not adopt a user name.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:

Using this portal and the terms and conditions which are contained herein are both aligned with Lebanon, therefore; you agree to be subjected to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Beirut in Lebanon. In addition, KORACLUB reserves the right to sued you in front the courts of your country.

Using the credit card and mobile phone:

We are accepting the Mobile Credits and credit cards, which are issued by Visa or MasterCard PayPal prepaid Cards Mobile Credits for electronic payment, and the fees will be deducted from the amount owed to your credit card or mobile credits as soon as you press the button for confirmation. We will do our best to maintain confidentiality when you pay the fees, including the protection of your credit card details and other personal data where this data will be transferred to the secret codes when it moves over the Internet.

Types of Personally Identifiable Information Collected

At times, Customer may be required to give her/his personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, Customer name, gender, age, identity document number, telephone number, fax number, home address, email address, credit card information, bank account number, education level, occupation, household income, interests and activities etc. Refusal to provide such information may deny Customer's access to certain parts of www.koraclub.net web site, or may render KORACLUB unable to handle any application or request Customer is making, or may otherwise defeat the objectives of the visit. If Customer is under the age of 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Direct Marketing/Market Research

If Customer has once given to KORACLUB personally identifiable information, Customer may receive from KORACLUB or from its affiliated companies from time to time telephone calls, email, and short message containing promotional materials or market research/surveys. If Customer does not want to receive them, please write to [email protected] or follow the FAQ in the website. Or delete the application direct from your mobile hand set.

From sending the notification until getting the service, if KORACLUB did not receive any objection or an inquiry from the user, this will be dealt as an approval by the user for using his account with taking the responsibility of all the implications.

· Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or KORACLUB team cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting KORACLUB customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide KORACLUB TEAM with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize KORACLUB TEAM to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, KORACLUB team will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

· Free Trial

KORACLUB may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by KORACLUB until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, KORACLUB TEAM reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

· Fee Changes

KORACLUB TEAM, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
KORACLUB TEAM will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

· Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
